Protection for Cars That See Miles
BMWs are built to be driven, and most of them are: I-75 commutes, US-41, weekend drives out to the keys. Very few live under a car cover.
That's where a coating earns its keep. The front bumper, hood and mirrors take the bugs, road film and tar, and in lovebug season they can etch if they bake in the sun. A FEYNLAB® coating adds chemical resistance and a slick surface, so that mess comes off with a normal wash instead of scrubbing. Water beads and sheets off, road grime has a harder time sticking, and the paint keeps its gloss under Florida UV.
To be straight about it: a coating is not paint protection film. It won't stop rock chips on an M car's front end. What it does is keep the paint glossy, protected and easy to clean, and help resist the light marring that comes from washing a car you drive every day.

Black Sapphire, Carbon Black & Friends
BMW's dark metallics look deep when they're clean and show swirls the moment they aren't. If your car has been through automatic washes or a few years of quick wipes, gloss enhancement alone won't erase that. For light swirls, add the 1-step polish (+$250). For heavier swirls or black paint, we recommend the 2-step correction (+$400), which removes 80–95% of imperfections before the coating seals the finish in.

Frozen (Matte) BMWs: Talk to Us First
BMW Individual "Frozen" colors are matte. Matte paint can't be polished or gloss-enhanced like gloss paint, because polishing would change the finish. If your BMW has a Frozen color, call or text 941-390-6388 before you book so we can talk it through.
How It Works
Book online and drop off Monday–Friday between 8 AM and 6 PM. In the shop, out of the sun and rain, we inspect, wash and decontaminate, do the gloss enhancement or correction you picked, apply the FEYNLAB® coating panel by panel and let it cure before you pick up.

How much does a ceramic coating cost on a BMW?
Sedans, coupes and M cars are $699 (1 Year), $1,250 (3 Year) and $1,500 (5 Year Ultra V3). X models are $799, $1,400 and $1,650. The X7 is $899, $1,500 and $1,800. Gloss enhancement is included; 1-step polish +$250, 2-step correction +$400.
Will a ceramic coating stop rock chips on my M car?
No. No coating is chip-proof. For impact protection on the bumper and hood, paint protection film is the right tool. A coating adds gloss, UV and chemical resistance, and makes the car far easier to wash. Many owners combine the two.
Does a coating help with bugs and lovebugs?
Yes. Lovebugs and bird droppings are acidic and can etch paint if they sit in the sun. A coating's chemical resistance buys you time and makes them easier to wash off, but you should still remove them as soon as you can.
Can you coat a BMW with Frozen (matte) paint?
Call or text 941-390-6388 before booking. Matte paint can't be polished or gloss-enhanced like regular paint, so it needs a conversation first.
Does my BMW qualify for the FEYNLAB® warranty?
The 3 and 5 Year packages qualify when the vehicle meets FEYNLAB®'s terms: under 3 years old, original factory paint, registered within 30 days of install, and a yearly inspection with us. We register it for you. Every coating also carries the Outlaw Detailing warranty, on any vehicle age or paint.
Do you come to me, or do I bring the car in?
Coatings are done only at our shop so the paint can be prepped and the coating cured indoors. Our shop is about 15 minutes from downtown Sarasota or downtown Bradenton and about 20–25 minutes from Lakewood Ranch.
