How much does ceramic coating cost in Sarasota?
A FEYNLAB® ceramic coating at Outlaw Detailing costs $699 to $1,800, depending on the package and vehicle size. Prices for a car / SUV or truck / 3rd-row, minivan or oversized truck:
- 1 Year (FEYNLAB® Original Ceramic): $699 / $799 / $899
- 3 Year (FEYNLAB® Ceramic V3): $1,250 / $1,400 / $1,500
- 5 Year (FEYNLAB® Ultra V3): $1,500 / $1,650 / $1,800
Every package includes wash and decontamination prep and a gloss enhancement. Paint correction before the coating is optional: +$250 for a 1-step polish or +$400 for a 2-step correction. Full pricing →
How long does a FEYNLAB® ceramic coating last in the Florida sun?
Each FEYNLAB® package is rated for its term: 1 Year (FEYNLAB® Original Ceramic), 3 Year (FEYNLAB® Ceramic V3) or 5 Year (FEYNLAB® Ultra V3). Real-world life under Florida sun depends on how the vehicle is washed and stored; regular maintenance washes and a yearly inspection with us keep the coating performing for its full term. The coating adds UV and heat protection, and we install and cure it indoors, out of the sun and rain.
How long will my car stay at the shop for a ceramic coating?
Plan on at least 24 hours after the coating goes on: every coated vehicle stays indoors at our shop for 24 hours so the coating can cure before it sees sun, rain or sprinklers. Total time also depends on the package, the vehicle's size and condition, and any paint correction, and we'll give you a drop-off and pickup time when you book.
What warranty comes with an Outlaw Detailing ceramic coating?
Every coating we install carries the Outlaw Detailing warranty, and the 3 Year and 5 Year packages also qualify for FEYNLAB®'s manufacturer warranty on eligible vehicles. To qualify for the FEYNLAB® warranty, the vehicle must be under 3 years old with original factory paint, be registered within 30 days of install, and come back to us for a yearly inspection. Every 1, 3 and 5 Year coating is also registered on your vehicle's CARFAX® report.
What areas does Outlaw Detailing serve, and when is mobile detailing available?
We serve Manatee and Sarasota counties, and mobile detailing is available Wednesday–Friday only. That includes Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota, Palmetto, Parrish, Ellenton, Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key, Siesta Key, Bird Key, Casey Key and Venice. Mobile travel is free within 20 miles of our shop and $2 per mile beyond that, and our crew brings its own water and power. Ceramic coatings and paint correction are done only at our shop.
