Terms and Conditions | Outlaw Detailing

These terms apply when you use outlawdetail.com or book or receive a service from Outlaw Detailing ("we," "us"), 2242 72nd Ave E, Sarasota, FL 34243, (941) 390-6388. By booking, you agree to them. If anything here conflicts with a written quote or invoice we gave you, the quote or invoice wins for that job.

1. Booking and deposits

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to book any appointment. It's credited toward your total.
Rescheduling with 3 or more days' notice is free. Your deposit carries over to the new date.
Rescheduling with less than 3 days' notice requires an additional 25% deposit, which is also credited toward your total, unless it's an emergency. Emergencies include things like a medical issue, an accident, a family emergency or severe weather, at our discretion.
Cancellations and no-shows forfeit all deposits paid.
The remaining balance is due when the work is completed, before the vehicle is released.
Prices are quoted for the vehicle size and condition you describe. If the vehicle arrives much larger, dirtier, or in worse condition than described (heavy pet hair, sand, mold, sap, overspray, etc.), we'll tell you about any added cost and get your OK before doing extra work.
We may reschedule because of weather, equipment failure or illness. If we do, your deposit carries over in full, or you can choose a refund of what you paid.

2. Where we work

Ceramic coatings and paint correction are done only at our shop at 2242 72nd Ave E, where we control lighting, temperature and cleanliness so the coating can bond and cure properly.
Mobile detailing (detailing services only) is available. Travel is free within 20 miles of our shop; beyond 20 miles it's $2 per mile, counted one way from our shop to you. For mobile service you need to give us a safe, legal place to work, and permission from the property owner or HOA if needed. We bring our own water and power, so you don't need to provide either.

3. Promotions and Spin-to-Win codes

Spin-to-Win codes are for new clients only, on services of $600 or more (before discount).
One code per client. Codes can't be combined with any other discount, promotion or offer.
Codes have no cash value, can't be transferred, and can't be applied to past services. The deposit is 25% of the full price. That means the price before any discount.
We may refuse or reverse a code used in violation of these rules. Codes expire 30 days after you win them.

4. Warranties

FEYNLAB® coatings come with the manufacturer's warranty, under FEYNLAB's terms, plus any Outlaw Detailing terms for your package. The exact warranty terms are given to you in writing at the time of service and control.
Warranties usually require proper care and scheduled inspections or maintenance. Missing them can void coverage.
Coatings aren't scratch-proof or chip-proof. They don't protect against rock chips, keying, collision, vandalism or improper washing.

5. Vehicle condition and pre-existing damage

We inspect your vehicle at drop-off and may photograph it. Please point out any damage, aftermarket parts, repaint or concerns.
We're not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions, including chips, scratches, dents, clear-coat failure, oxidation, thin or repainted paint, failing wraps or film, loose trim or emblems, cracked glass, worn interior materials, or electrical and mechanical problems.
Paint correction removes a tiny amount of clear coat. Some defects (deep scratches, chips, etching, failing clear coat) can't be fully removed safely. We'll tell you what to expect before we start.
Some stains, odors and wear can't be fully removed. We'll do our best and be honest about the results.

6. Personal items

Please remove valuables and personal items before your appointment. We're not responsible for lost or damaged personal items, cash, or electronics left in the vehicle. We may bag items we find and return them to you.

7. Pickup

We'll let you know when your vehicle is ready. Please pick it up during our posted hours (Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm).
Vehicles not picked up within 48 hours of our ready notice may be charged a storage fee of $25 per day, at our discretion. Florida law may give us a lien on the vehicle for unpaid work.

8. Photos of your vehicle

We may photograph and film your vehicle and use those images on our website, Google Business Profile and social media. We'll blur or crop out license plates and never show your name, face, home address or other identifying information without your permission. If you'd rather not have your vehicle shown, tell us anytime and we'll take it down.

9. Text messages (SMS)

If you agree to receive texts, Outlaw Detailing will text you from (941) 842-4069 about your appointment (confirmations, reminders, status updates, aftercare, review requests) and, only if you separately agree, offers and promotions. Consent isn't a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 10. Limitation of liability

We take great care with every vehicle. If you believe we caused damage, tell us before you leave the shop, or within 24 hours for mobile service, and give us a chance to inspect it and make it right.
To the fullest extent allowed by Florida law, our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as rental cars, lost time or lost income). We'll repair or pay for damage caused by our own negligence as required by law.
Nothing here limits any right you have that Florida law doesn't allow us to limit.

11. Website

Website content (photos, text, prices) is ours or used with permission. Prices and offers on the website can change without notice and may contain errors. The price on your written quote or booking confirmation controls. Links to other sites (OrbisX, Google, social media, FEYNLAB) are governed by their own terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state or county courts for Manatee County, Florida. Small-claims matters may be brought in small claims court.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The version posted when you book applies to that booking.
